With over a decade of experience in competitive weightlifting and strength training, I bring a technical, results-driven approach to every client I work with. I started my journey in Powerlifting at the age of 11 and transitioned to Olympic Weightlifting shortly after, competing at both local and national levels ever since.
My coaching style is grounded in discipline, technical programming and a deep understanding of strength mechanics for all ranges of bodies. I've worked with a wide range of clients from youth to competitive athletes, to individuals with special needs. My specialties include Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, CrossFit, General Strength & Conditioning, and building confidence through functional movement.
I focus on creating sustainable progress and real results. You won’t find quick fixes or cookie-cutter programs here. Instead, I tailor each plan to meet your specific goals, whether that’s mastering a clean & jerk, gaining/losing weight, or just feeling strong and capable in your body.
